POLICIES

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip will receive a full refund minus a 5% service charge fee.

Cancellations on the day of the trip, or any no-shows will incur in:

– 50% fee in a roundtrip.
– 100% fee in one way rides.

Liability

First Option Ride Service LLC We will not be responsible for canceled flights, bad traffic conditions, or delays caused by weather or any other conditions beyond our control. However, in the event of a flight delay, we are willing to reschedule your pick-up time based on our availability

Payments

Prepayment is required for all reservations. We use the Square app as a tool to collect payments. Also we take the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery.
