Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip will receive a full refund minus a 5% service charge fee.
There are no refunds for canceled trips within 48 hours of the trip or for no-shows.

Liability

First Option Ride Service LLC We will not be responsible for canceled flights, bad traffic conditions, or delays caused by weather or any other conditions beyond our control. However, in the event of a flight delay, we are willing to reschedule your pick-up time based on our availability

Payments

Prepayment is required for all reservations. We use the Square app as a tool to collect payments. Also we take the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery.
